Our network of partners is divided into 3 categories, according to the objectives of each partner.

The Institutional Partners aims at promoting integrated activities with regional stakeholders, from government-level to NGOs. These stakeholders are important connections to the population and are truly linked to territorial development initiatives.

The Enterprise Partners aims at transfering the geoconservation principles of the EAG into several agents acting directly in the territory and that create employment and foster socio-economical development. This approach allows maximizing the impact of the Estrela Aspiring Geopark principles, while the enterprises make use of the partnership as a quality brand. For quality control, the Estrela Aspiring Geopark evaluates and monitors regularly the if partner activities are inline with the UGG principles. 

The Educational Partners is represented by the Ambassador school program, which includes the school groups from the nine municipalities of the Estrela Aspiring Geopark.
